John O’Sullivan Event Producer A Director of G.U. Group and the Managing Director of Source, John has worked for 15 years in events and music, working as the Entertainments Manager at the University of North London, a promoter for the Mean Fiddler Group at the Powerhaus & Subterannia and also in production for Mean Fiddler Tours & Festivals. With the increase in live brand, sponsored & experiential events John went freelance and in 2003 set up the Source agency, latterly merging with G.U. Group. |

Dave Bianchi Music Industry Consultant Dave combined working in live production for bands & events such as Glastonbury, Reading Festival, Pink Floyd, Bryan Adams and Channel 4’s TFI Friday with club promotion (The Rocket, Holloway Road) and touring the world with a variety of different artists. Returning from the USA after a 6 month touring stint he took an office job with Mark Morrison and Gabrielle’s then management company in Notting Hill before leaving to start Grand Union Management. |

Matt Luxon Client Development Matt began his career in silicon valley in 1995 working for Intersight who pioneered online market research solutions for clients including Levis, ABC Television and Nissan. He then joined Siebel Systems in corporate marketing which became the fastest growing software company of the time. In 1998 after nine years in the US, he returned to head the takeover of Hildebrand Design and was responsible for repositioning the company as a full service digital marketing agency. The new agency worked with a range of clients including Visit Britain, EMI, BT, Carling and IPC to name a few. Matt worked extensively with key brands developing mobile, web and IPTV strategies. In 2004 Matt sold majority stake in the company to Clear Message. |

Sophie Gollup Event Manager Coming from a solid event management background, having attained a BA Hons Event Management degree Sophie has a great deal of experience of the events industry and has worked on a variety of community, public and corporate events. She previously worked at EMAP Communications as an Event Organiser as well as working most of the festival circuit on a freelance basis over a number of years. |
